120x50x1500 Blank Forks

120x50x1500 Blank Forks weigh 92kg each. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.5 meters. This blank fork is made of NM400 wear-resistant steel plate and integrally laser cut. The delivery state is quenched and low-temperature tempered. The hardness of the fork surface is evenly distributed between 370 and 420HBW. Users can directly use it to haul highly abrasive materials such as ore, coke or cement clinker without any hardening treatment. The fork tip has been prefabricated with a 30-degree wedge-shaped guide surface and polished with a belt sander to a smooth transition. It can be put into operation directly in an emergency. The surface of the fork surface is engraved with a high-precision laser with 5 mm spacing cross grid lines. The grid covers the entire blank area, allowing users to quickly locate when manually marking and drilling, without the need for repeated measurements with a tape measure. A pair of temporary lifting lug plates are welded on each side of the fork back. The lug plate thickness is 12 mm and is suitable for ordinary shackles.

 

 

The material is NM400, and each batch comes with a third-party wear-resistant layer depth detection report, which provides a complete hardness gradient curve from the surface to the core. No anti-rust layer is applied to the surface. The wear-resistant steel itself has moderate corrosion resistance and will remain rust-free for six months when stored indoors. The packaging is made of recyclable corrugated cardboard and wrapped with plastic stretch film. With a single weight of 92 kg and the lifting lugs on the back of the fork, it can be smoothly lifted to the cutting station using a workshop crane or directly hung into a temporary fork frame. This specification is mainly used in cement plants, steel sintering workshops and port ore transfer stations. It is used as a quick replacement blank for self-made wear-resistant forks, chute linings or funnel anti-blocking gratings.
